The student secretly recorded a video of the unsanitary conditions in the kitchen and shared it on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter). The footage claimed to be shot at the kitchen of O.P Jindal Global University, shows a deeply unsettling visual: the use of feet in food preparation, an unacceptable practice that has left many appalled. The post has caused outrage among other students in the University. The incident has raised serious questions about the administration and its responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of its students. 
In the video, we could see a person standing inside a large container, mashing potatoes with his feet. In the background, the student’s voice could be heard saying, “Chi! Mai yeh khana nahi kha raha kal se [I am not eating this food tomorrow onwards].” The student captioned the video with the following words: “Footage of mess food being prepared at O.P Jindal Global University at Sonipat, Haryana, has gone viral.
